Exam Retake Policy
If you are not able to clear the exam in the first attempt then don’t worry as this exam can be taken any number of times. The second attempt can be taken anytime. However, you must wait for a period of at least fourteen calendar days from the date of your attempt to retake the exam for third time or any subsequent time.
Cancellation and Reschedule Policy
Candidates cancelling a GAQM certification exam appointment provided via computer-based testing must contact ProctorU at least 72 hours in advance online to get the full refund. Hence, candidates who cancel a GAQM exam will not be charged a fee of each time they cancel if done before 72 hours. However, Cancelling or rescheduling a computer-based exam less than 72 hours is subject to a forfeit of exam fees. Moreover, exam fees are also forfeited for no-shows.
