We went to Culver’s for lunch and it was a great experience overall! There was no wait to place an order and the food came out pretty quickly. I got the chicken tenders and fries, which did not disappoint. Chicken was very hot and fresh and fries were crisp. Custard was delicious per usual. Restaurant was clean and the workers were friendly.
This marks my inaugural experience at Culver's fast-food restaurant, and I must express that it stands as the epitome of exceptional fast food. I unequivocally prefer it over Chick-fil-A. And My taste buds have formed an unbreakable bond with the delightful creations at Culver's. The sheer joy derived from each savory encounter solidifies my love for their food—it's a culinary romance that never disappoints! 🍔💖

Everything is made fresh! Fast casual. The fries and cheese curds are always hot and the food is great! Don't leave with out a concrete mixer or a pint of ice cream. It will appear busy, but trust me they have it under control.
This place has gone so far downhill it's a real shame. The last several times we went through the drive thru not only was the wait long but the order was wrong. We figured maybe they were short handed or training a lot of new people so we were patient. We finally decided to take a break from going there. It has been a while so we went last night. We pulled in at 6:51 pm and placed our order at 7:10 pm. There is 20 minutes. We pulled up and paid and were given our number and told to pull over. We did. There we sat for an additional 40 minutes. Literally. We called into the store and asked what was going on. We were told 2 bus fulls of Amish people showed up unexpectedly. When they finally brought us our food the Concrete mixers were all melted. We got home and the onion rings were not only cold and tasted old but they were so salty we couldn't eat them. Everything about this is completely unacceptable. When we placed our order we should have been told about the potential wait BEFORE taking our money. At least we would have been given the opportunity to leave and go elsewhere. I would have respected that and would remain a customer. As it stands, I am done. Way too many other restaurants in the area to choose from. An hour for fast food is absolutely unacceptable and I don't care what was going on. I am sure I will get the typical canned response and have already reached out to corporate.
