For Dragon Ball fans who've been waiting for the stakes to rise in Dragon Ball DAIMA, Episode 7 offers a lot of promise. With another battle against the Gendarmerie under their belt, the new Z-Warriors have finally gotten the opportunity to fight for one of the Demon Realm's Dragon Balls. As the anime's villains continue to grow stronger and prove more evil, Goku and his friends are showing why they're up to the task of defeating them.

The Supreme Kai fights, Vegeta arrives in the Demon Realm, and Goku challenges a Tamagami in Dragon Ball DAIMA Episode 7. The game is rapidly changing, and there's no way of knowing what will happen next. What's more clear is which characters are currently in the most powerful positions.

Dragon Ball DAIMA keeps finding ways to make Demon Princess Panzy a useful member of the Z-Warriors, in spite of her lack of physical strength. In Episode 7, Panzy reveals her remarkable eye-sight, with her able to see things from afar that Glorio needs a telescope to notice. She also gets to flex her royal muscles, as Panzy calls upon a hacker who serves under her father, King Kadan, to obtain the pin for the Gendarmerie ship that the Dragon Team commandeers and to send information to Hybis. Panzy is able to help in her own way during the fight against the Gendarmerie. While she's utterly stunned by Glorio and Shin's power, she isn't too shabby herself with her taser, and is able to dispatch a soldier with it.

As of Episode 7, Panzy is also no longer an active hindrance to the Dragon Team. Up until now, the Gendarmerie have been able to track Goku and the others because of the obedience collar around her neck. This electric collar was designed by Dr. Arinsu for the previous Supreme Ruler of the Demon Realm, Dabura, and all citizens of the Third Demon World are forced to wear it. Using a spell, however, Shin is able to destroy Panzy's previously indestructible collar. He removes the Gendarmerie's ability to track the group, liberating Panzy, and filling her with the inspiration to liberate all of her people.

Besides being the funniest character in the anime, Hybis holds a surprising amount of power at the moment. A servant of King Kadan, Hybis arrives on Earth in Dragon Ball DAIMA Episode 7, and finally brings Vegeta, Bulma, and PIccolo back with him to the Demon Realm. With none of the Dragon Team members he's chauffeuring the least bit familiar with the Third Demon World, it's now his responsibility to take them to Goku.

Vegeta, Piccolo, and Bulma are three of Goku's greatest allies, with one of them being far stronger than Glorio and Shin, one being nearly on par with the two demons, and one being the smartest woman in Universe 7. Hybis directly controlling the speed at which they rendezvous with Goku, and if they make it to him at all, makes his next actions pivotal to the course of the story. In all likelihood, he'll be traveling with haste in order to obtain the pizza promised to him by King Kadan, and so he can finally go to the beauty parlor.

3 Tamagami 3 is Stronger Than Super Perfect Cell and Dabura

After being hyped up since the first episode in Dragon Ball DAIMA, one of the Tamagamis has finally appeared in-person. Created by Neva, Tamagami 3 is one of the three robotic warriors charged with defending the Demon Realm's Dragon Balls. In particular, it's its duty to defend the Third Demon World's Dragon Ball from all who seek to claim it. As revealed in Episode 7, no one who has attempted to fight Tamagami 3 has ever defeated it.

Among those mentioned to have challenged Tamagami 3, and lost, is the former Supreme Ruler of the Demon Realm, Dabura. In Dragon Ball Z, Dabura's power level is directly stated to be roughly on par with Super Perfect Cell's. Coupled with his unique ability to turn anyone to stone with his spit, Dabura was even more dangerous than the ultimate android. Tamagami 3 defeating Dabura with its mighty hammer establishes it as being more powerful than every non-fused character in DBZ, save for Goku, Gohan, Vegeta, and Majin Buu.

2 Goku Challenges Tamagami 3 to a Fight

Dragon Ball DAIMA Episode 7 is the first entry in the anime to not primarily feature Goku in its main fight scene. Although Goku gets to fire the final ki blast in the battle, he mostly lets Shin, Glorio, and Panzy handle the clash with the Gendarmerie, to avoid giving away his presence in the Demon Realm. That said, Episode 8 is going to make up for this by throwing a much greater challenge at him.

In Episode 7, Goku gains access to a new asset in his adventure: Manpuku dumplings. Similar to how Senzu Beans originally worked, each Manpuku dumpling contains the equivalent nutrients of two full meals. With these on hand, Goku's constant hunger will no longer slow the Dragon Team down. Later, when the group is approached by the Gendarmerie, Goku reveals that he's fully re-mastered Instant Transmission, and he uses it to outsmart Gomah's soldiers.

Towards the end of the episode, Goku finally reaches one of the Demon Realms Dragon Balls and gets to challenge Tamagami 3 to a fight. Goku is fully aware that Tamagami 3 is stronger than Dabura and Super Perfect Cell but, even with the limitations of his youthful body, he isn't afraid at all. Goku's exact power level in DAIMA has been a constant mystery as, while he can't use Super Saiyan 2 or Super Saiyan 3, no enemies in the Demon Realm have been able to challenge him. Either Goku is far too overconfident at the moment, or he's about to be humbled by Tamagami 3. Of course, with Episode 7 revealing that Goku wasn't too involved with raising Gohan, overconfidence is the least of Goku's flaws in DAIMA.

1 Shin Casts a Spell to Destroy Panzy's Collar

The Supreme Kai Holds the Power to Liberate the Third Demon World

Shin, the Supreme Kai, likely didn't have too many big fans before Dragon Ball DAIMA, but he's certainly making a name for himself now. Episode 7 gives him the chance to fight for the first time in the series, with him looking far more impressive here than he ever managed to in Dragon Ball Z, and his magical abilities are highlighted in the coolest of ways. The episode also reveals that Shin wasn't always the Supreme Kai's name, and that he successfully hid his real name, Nahare, for the entire time viewers have known him.

During the Dragon Team's latest fight against the Gendarmerie, Shin and Glorio do most of the work. It's great to finally see Shin in action, and his magic, despite being less flashy, looks even more impressive than Glorio's lightning. However, the Supreme Kai's biggest contribution in the episode is to Panzy, and to the rest of the Third Demon World's inhabitants. After Panzy's obedience collar once again gets the group into trouble, Shin is able to quickly deduce that it's indestructible nature is owed to it being made of Katchintite, and that it was likely designed by his sister, Arinsu, for Dabura. Shin is then able to cast a spell that destroys Panzy's collar.

In a single moment, Shin changes Panzy's life for the better, achieving something she'd never thought possible, and revealing that he has the power to free every low-caste demon from the tyranny of the First Demon Realm's Supreme Ruler – whoever that may be. While not a focus of Episode 7, Shin also continues to be the only member of the Dragon Team aware of Glorio's treachery. With Dr. Arinsu present in the teaser for Episode 8, more details surrounding Glorio's connection to her will soon be revealed. And while Goku is about to battle Tamagami 3, the long-awaited fight between Shin and Glorio may be coming soon as well.
