Job Title:Facebook Marketplace Listing Specialist (FMLS) / Social Media

Salary Range:$3 base + Commissions

Position summary:We are seeking a dedicatedFacebook Marketplace Listing Specialist (FMLS)to join our ever expanding team in Nicaragua. Our company specializes in land sales and promotes listings across various platforms, including Facebook Marketplace. TheFacebook Marketplace Listing Specialistwill be responsible for managing land listings across various Facebook Marketplace accounts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding Facebook Marketplace skills, communication skills, be purpose-driven, have clear personal and professional goals, and be eager to learn. Fluency in English is essential, as the role involves engaging with various team members from different departments within the company.

002Key Responsibilities:

Creating and Managing Listings:

• Write accurate and to the point descriptions of land parcels.
• Upload parcel map photos and maps.
• Create listings based on the guidelines provided to avoid any ban from Facebook.

Price Management:

• Update prices as received from management.
• Implement price adjustments to attract buyers.

Listing Maintenance:

• Regularly renew and refresh listings to keep them visible.
• Update listings as new information is provided.
• Mark listings as pending when offers are accepted .
• Mark listings as sold once transactions are complete and funded.
• Remove sold listings promptly to avoid confusion.

Compliance and Policies:

• Ensure all listings comply with Facebook Marketplace policies.
• Stay updated on changes to rules and regulations.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
• Implement best practices for land parcel listings.

Performance Analysis:

• Monitor metrics such as views, inquiries.
• Improve listings with low views and inquiries proactively
• Make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

Collaboration:

• Work with other transaction, marketing and sales teams to align listing information.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Facebook Marketplace for listing real estate or similar products.
• Excellent organizational skills for maintaining property listings across platforms.
• Proficient in writing concise, guideline-compliant Facebook listings.
• Ability to follow schedules for listing, updating, renewing, and delisting properties.
• Competent in monitoring and analyzing performance metrics for optimization.
• Skilled in making data-driven decisions to enhance listings.
• Proficient in using Canva for creating compelling images. (training provided)
• Ability to use Google Drive for storing and organizing listings.
• Ability to use tools like ConnectWise to access Facebook Accounts (training provided)
