I went to replace a washer and dryer. I normally do not like, nor go to this store anymore because of the lack of service information. The salesman Clarence C. was the best experience I ever had at Brands Mart . I needed a washer and dryer. I forgot my measurements at home. He pulled out the machines to show me different backs, which can change the measurements. He wanted me and the delivery people to have no problem. We also talked about cleaning filters in dishwashers, and other appliances, that have filters that need to be cleaned for safety. Things I never Knew in all these years. Next day I waited 30 minuets because he was already helping someone. Others tried to assist, but I waited patiently. More sales people should be informative and give information. You never know who will come back because of your added information and help. Also to many people are to fast to complain over anything. Try thanking people, you never know how much it means for them to go home feeling good about there job. Than you Clarence!!!
I also want to compliment the delivery people who were kind enough to give me time to vacuum and wash are area for the machine, which was worse then I thought when it was removed. Thank you.

I was looking for a range hood that was out of stock everywhere and randomly called the store; Shamila answered and checked the inventory, which said there was none available. I was okay with that because I understood the item is on backorder at most stores. She took my information and said she would personally walk and look at the inventory and not rely on the computer. I receive a call back in 7-10 mins with the good news. I will be calling her first for anything home. She is an asset to this company and could be to you also.

I was shopping over the 4th of July weekend for a package of 4 appliances. I had a package in mind when I got there. My salesman Carlten Pierce was friendly and acommating, answering my questions . He made my shopping experience very pleasant. I was very happy with the very low price of delivery also removing my old appliances. I'm am looking forward to delivery.

Went there to get a window AC unit. The price was amazing the salesman was good and the people at the counter where I paid we're very nice. Especially anybody in a mobile home if your central AC and has broke and can afford to get it fixed. I would recommend the LG 10000 BTU my home is 1600 square feet. I have to one in each side of the house. And it cools my house down colder than the central three-and-a-half ton unit I had and my FPL bill every month has gone down since I've installed them. I would Definitely buy the LG or the Arctic King 8000- 10,000 BTU Great deal $260.00 for the 10,000 BTU LG

I always like to visit this store when I'm at the mall. The staff are great, always ready to assist, prices are comfortable and there's also financing options for more expensive items (ie: laptops/tablets etc.). You can find there almost anything in the electronics field mainly from top brands. Although it's big, it's easy to find yourself there.

I purchased a television which Brandsmart delivered. Excellent time frame and plesant delivery service. Unfortunately the television was damaged. I contacted Brandsmart and they arranged a second delivery to do a swap. The second delivery and swap was so easy.
The whole time I was expecting a hard time but never experienced one.
I bought from Brandsmart in the past and will definitely do so in the future. I highly recommend Brandsmart.

Hi All, I’m so happy about Patrick the manager at Sawgrass Mills location who helped me find a replacement TV remote for my mother in laws tv. It took one phone call and his words to me were “Don’t worry I got you covered”. Thirty minutes later he put the remote control in my hand. Thank you Patrick! from me, my wife and my mother in law!
