How long does it take to charge a ASC 2500 drone battery? ›

Average charging time is approximately 130-150 minutes (via 5.0V 2A USB wall charger). A fully charged ASC-2500 can fly for 15-18 minutes depending on environment and user input. IMPORTANT: ALWAYS REMEMBER TO UNPLUG YOUR CHARGING CORD WHEN NOT IN USE! DO NOT FLY YOUR ASC-2500 IN FOUL WEATHER!

Basic Drone Detection

As drone operators generally use a first-person video (FPV) link to track of the drone's location, the first step in looking for a drone's presence is to scan the 5.8 GHz band to look for burst signals that are present as the drone and controller communicate to each other.

LiPo batteries, the most common type in drones, have a limited lifespan, typically around 300-500 charge-discharge cycles. By keeping track of how many times you've charged and used each battery, you'll know when it's nearing the end of its life.

The battery level LEDs of the battery and remote controller blink in sequence to display the current battery level during charging. After fully charged, the four Battery Level LEDs emit a solid light.
