I love Dr Phillips. She is caring, listens to everything, compliments me for attaining walking goals I set set for myself and very easy to talk to.

In all my 68 years, I have never had such a knowledgeable, caring doctor like Doctor Phillips. Whatever happens in my rheumatoid arthritis progression, I know she understands and can assist me with this journey. No matter how bad I feel when I arrive, I always feel more positive and reassured when I leave. I couldn't ask for a better doctor.

I travel 1 and 1/2 hours one way. Dr. Phillips care is well worth it and I appreciate her!

THE DOCTOR LISTEN TO ME AND HELPED ME UNDERSTAND THINGS THAT I WASN'T SURE OF.

The care provider always listens carefully to my concerns and offers ideas for dealing with my healrh problems.

This experience was very rushed after driving an hour and missing work to be there. It was a waste of my time and money. Didn't get to ask questions I had intended to ask. She was going out the door before I knew it. I was asking questions out the door.Ended up feeling humiliated. She did me very well on previous appointments, but if that's follow up care, forget it.

Dr. Phillips always takes the time to go over my test results, my concerns and explains my progress thoroughly. She is very kind and has a genuine concern for her patients. I have never met a doctor like her and feel most fortunate to have her in charge of my care.

There are so many things I could say about this visit that didn't sit well with me. One thing that upset me the most was when I reviewed my visit notes on the portal, a full head to toe assessment was charted on me and I never even took my jacket off. There was never any assessment done on my physical body, just a discussion. That is not ok. You can't go in every patients room like a robot and bill for things that aren't done using your chart notes or templates. I had several questions about my care and plan of care, but they we dismissed quickly. It was extremely disheartening and frustrating. I will be seeking a new provider.

Dr. Phillips is the only Dr. That actually has compassion, empath, and patience to listen and take the time to hear everything and carry on a conversation about my situation and concerns. Other Dr. Only want to get you In and out so they can check off that they saw you! I had one Dr. That never even took his hand off the doorknob for my appointment. Great "service!" Not Dr. Phillips. She has compassion and wants to actually hear what you have to say. She also asks questions not just talking AT me Instead of talking WITH me. She Is one of the good ones.

Dr. Phillips and her staff are great! I would never dream of going to another Rheumatologist!

Really good about explaining meds / what they are for/ side effects

Going to see Dr Phillips is like going to see a friend. She's been my Rheumy for over a decade despite the fact she's not a WellSpan provider. That should speak volumes.

A concern, post visit, on the chart in the portal, evaluations listed for mobility, etc, were completed; none of those assessments were physically performed during the visit Including my areas and joints Involved. My question Is, how can the status of your situation be determined to be Improved, worse, or unchanged, If there Isn't objective measurement of the Involved musculoskeletal areas to compare with each successive visit? So, then, basically, the appointment Is to justify continued prescribed medications and that's all? Yes, In a very short appointment amount of time, discussion focused on the meds and other palliative self-care.

I felt very dismissed. In the chart note I read after my visit, it said I declined a particular medication when in fact that medication wasn't brought up at all during my visit.
