The district will spend $2.9 million in federal low-income school funding to pay for the programs, which will be provided at all but three of the district's improvement list schools, said Alan Ingram, district executive director of federal programs. Eligible schools are: Capitol Hill High School, Douglass High School, Emerson High School, U.S. Grant High School, Jefferson Middle School, F.D.
Moon Academy, Northwest Classen High School, Seeworth Academy, Spencer Elementary and John Wesley Charter School.
